New mobility shop in Main Street Littleport opens its doors

A new mobility shop has opened its doors in Littleport.

Platinum Mobility, in Main Street, started out as online store and specialises in refurbishing electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

They have a huge selection at their workshop in Wilburton and stock more than 100 electric wheelchairs and scooters at any time ranging from basic indoor models through to top of the range chairs utilising the latest technology and features.

Platinum decided it was time to expand and open a shop. They also stock used electric wheelchairs and scooters as well as mobility aids from shopping trolleys to walking sticks and rollators. They are also available for the repair and servicing of your mobility transport.

"We will be here for anyone, if and when they need us and we won't be beaten on price. We hope to help as many people as possible continue their independence for as long as we can," said Rachel Hobbs from Platinum Mobility.

The shop also buys, sells and offers part exchange on used mobility equipment.
